Our visiting Global Village team was treated to a delicious gourmet dinner courtesy of local chef Kui Souza! Kui is the culinary arts teacher at Waimea High School. We were thrilled when he graciously volunteered to prepare the meal for the 11 member team. Everyone loved the meal and cultural experience. A huge Mahalo Kui!
