  • 4 units will be sold below 115% AMI by co-developer Permanently Affordable Living Kauai (PAL)

  • Offsite water line work is complete.
  • Remaining infrastructure work will begin soon.
  • Parcels are in the process of deregistration from Land Court and consolidating the lots.
