18 Aug Volunteer Opportunity to Honor 9/11 Day
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity will honor the spirit of unity and service that arose from the events of September 11, 2001, by hosting a volunteer opportunity at our ReStore in Hanapēpē. We invite you to join us from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for a special day of giving back in observance of the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance.
The Kaua‘i Habitat ReStore is more than just a thrift store – it’s a community resource that sells new and gently used furniture, building materials, home décor, and more at affordable prices. Every purchase and every donated item helps build safe, decent, and affordable housing right here on Kaua‘i. By volunteering at ReStore, you’ll be making a direct impact on our mission while keeping usable goods out of the landfill.
No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to pitch in and a desire to make a difference. We’ll provide training, guidance, and a warm welcome.
