We had another group of nearly twenty teens show up to volunteer at Kaua‘i Habitat ReStore® this past week! This is the second group of teens from West Coast Connections that have joined us to volunteer as part of their four week trip. West Coast Connections is a travel group that arrange tours for teenagers. They offer many different travel destinations with a different emphasis for each group. This group was traveling with an emphasis on community service. What a better way to help a community than to help ensure everyone in it has a safe decent place to live. That’s exactly what the goal of ReStore® is. Every dollar earned at our ReStore® goes directly to building homes for those in need here on Kaua‘i.
