While two families in our ‘Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision were watching the walls raised on their future homes, two others were moving in to their completed homes just down the street. This week Marti Smith and Nick Wehrly received their certificates of occupancy, which means moving day has arrived. Congratulations Marti and Nick, we couldn’t be happier that the two of you are moving into your new homes.
