Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity is announcing its 2023 offering for affordable housing (house and lot) including opportunities in the Kalaheo Pu’u Maluhia subdivision and possible other scattered lots on island. Individuals who are interested in the Habitat self-help homebuyer program must fall within income guidelines and meet other program requirements. Those interested should click here to download and print a Program Eligibility Application. For those without access to a computer or printer, Program Eligibility Applications will be available at a pick-up bin located in the Kaua’i Habitat ReStore during normal business hours.
Program Eligibility Applications must then be completed and mailed to Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity, Attn: Homeowner Services, PO Box 28, ‘Ele’ele, HI 96705 before the Wednesday, March 1, 2023 deadline. Applications will be received by MAIL ONLY. Forms that are emailed or dropped off will not be accepted. Questions regarding the distribution or acceptance of applications may be directed to the Homeowner Services Department by emailing shana@kauaihabitat.org, keala@kauaihabitat.org, or Shai@kauaihabitat.org or by calling a Homeowner Services staff member.
