Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity is announcing its 2021 offering for affordable housing (house and lot) including opportunities in the Waimea Huakai subdivision and possible other scattered lots on island. Individuals who are interested in the Habitat self-help homebuyer program must fall within low income guidelines and meet other program requirements. Those interested should register by visiting Housing Offering 2021 | Kauai Habitat for Humanity and view our Housing Information video. Once individuals have followed the steps to register their name and contact information, and complete the viewing of the virtual housing information video, they will be sent a link to the Program Eligibility Form. To confirm interest in the 2021 housing offering, the Program Eligibility Form must be completed and submitted by the deadline date of Friday, May 14, 2021 at 4:30 pm HST. Submittal of the form may be done by email (housingoffering@kauaihabitat.org), mail to Kauai Habitat for Humanity at PO Box 28, Eleele, HI 96705 or dropped off through our administrative office drop slot at our office in Hanapepe next to ReStore. Please note that the administrative office remains closed to the public due to the ongoing pandemic.
