Santa joined Kaua‘i Habitat homebuyers, Board President Peter Wiederoder, AmeriCorps Volunteer Nikita Wilson and Home Engagement/Volunteer Coordinator Pomaika‘i Brown in the precession of floats that made their way through Waimea during the annual Waimea Christmas Light Parade, Saturday night. Just in time for Christmas, our newest homebuyer Donna Friend, received the keys to her new home in Anahola. It was a celebration as Kaua‘i Habitat staff, volunteers, donors, government officials, family and friends gathered as Kaua‘i Habitat dedicated and passed the keys to it's 138th home built on Kaua‘i.
