28 Oct Seeking “Very Low” Income Homebuyers
We are currently in the process of seeking “Very Low Income” applicants to fill the remaining lots in Phase II-A of the ‘Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision. Those interested in applying to the Habitat self-help homebuyer program which uses USDA Rural Development funding, must be considered “USDA very low income” as shown in the chart below and meet other program requirements. Informational meetings will be held on Wednesday November 16th and Thursday November 17th where applications will be distributed.
