Thirteen students and two staff leaders from Portland Community College arrived on island Monday to spend their Winter Break building homes, community and hope with Kaua’i Habitat! The group will be working construction at our ‘Ele’ele Iluna subdivision from Tuesday through Friday this week. This is the second time we have been fortunate enough to have volunteers visiting from Portland Community College, earlier this year a group of students spent their Spring Break volunteering with us.
