We are so excited to welcome new neighbors to the ‘Ele’ele Iluna subdivision. We had planned to have a party, but as you know, the world has undergone serious changes over the last few months. What hasn’t changed is a families need for an affordable home, and our need to celebrate those families and the often long, tiring journey it takes to achieve such an accomplishment. These families work incredibly hard building their homes and the homes of their neighbors, all while holding down jobs and raising families.
Not celebrating such an achievement was not an option. So we loaded up the truck with goodies and we took the party on the road. Thanks to a generous donation of goodies from Koloa Surf Co and Sandy Ambrose we were able to put together adorable gift baskets to share with our homebuyers and let them know they are in more than just a subdivision. They are in a community.
