Today we had to say farewell to one of our amazing AmeriCorps members, Maddi, who just completed her 10 1/2 months of service at Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity. AmeriCorps members donate their time helping others and addressing critical needs in the community. We are so grateful that Maddi helped us tackle the affordable housing crisis by working alongside our staff and Habitat homebuyers building homes and hope on Kaua’i. She made a tremendous impact on our community and will be missed by many. We wish her the best as she continues her journey. Until we meet again.
