06 Feb Welcome Lauren
Please help us in welcoming Lauren Sarg to the Kaua’i Habitat ‘ohana!! Lauren will be working alongside our staff and homebuyers as she dedicates 10 1/2 months to serving our community as an AmeriCorps Service Member. AmeriCorps is a voluntary civil society program that engages adults in public service work with a goal of “helping others and meeting critical needs in the community.” We are so fortunate to have her helping us build homes and hope! Lauren is from Wisconsin, but is coming to Kaua’i after working with an affiliate in California. Lauren enjoys tarot cards, hiking, and cooking. Her favorite food is roasted veggies on the grill. We truly hope she enjoys her time on island and experiences all the warm feelings of aloha the garden island can provide.
