Guided by Service: Honoring Staff Milestones

Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity recently celebrated staff members who reached important milestones in their years of service, honoring their dedication and lasting impact on our mission.

Executive Director Milani Pimental presented each employee with a handcrafted wooden paddle engraved with their years of service—a meaningful symbol of guidance, teamwork, and moving our community forward together.

We proudly recognized:

  • Moki Nitta — 10 years of service
  • Bob McNamara — 25 years of service
  • Nicole Pacanas — 5 years of service
  • Keala Nordmeier — 5 years of service

Each milestone represents years of commitment to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Mahalo to our incredible team members for the passion, leadership, and heart they bring to Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity every day.
