We recently said “a hui hou” to our AmeriCorps service member, Mitch Myers.
Mitch started his AmeriCorps service in Portland and continued with a second service term here at Kaua’i Habitat. For the last 10 months, Mitch proved himself to be an invaluable member of our construction team both in Anahola and at our ‘Ele’ele Iluna sites. Many homeowners and volunteers have expressed their appreciation for Mitch’s positive attitude, patient instruction, and ability to adapt to any circumstance he was presented with.
We will miss having Mitch on site and wish him all the best in his future endeavors!
