Welcome to the neighborhood

Two more families closed on their homes in our `Ele`ele Iluna subdivision this week. We are so happy for them. Seeing the houses go up is good, but watching the families moving into their new homes is great! Welcome to the neighborhood!!! Certificate of occupancycertificate of occupancy edit

Welcome Global Village

We currently have a wonderful group of individuals on island helping Kaua`i Habitat for Humanity build homes and hope! They are visiting us as part of a Global Village team and will spend the week at the jobsite in `Ele`ele. We are so fortunate to have them here and hope they feel the aloha spirit when they travel the island in their off time. Welcome Team Norley, we truly appreciate all you are doing for us and the Kaua`i community. DSCN0664

Move in Day

While two families in our ‘Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision were watching the walls raised on their future homes, two others were moving in to their completed homes just down the street. This week Marti Smith and Nick Wehrly received their certificates of occupancy, which means moving day has arrived. Congratulations Marti and Nick, we couldn’t be happier that the two of you are moving into your new homes. Walls Raised in Eleele Iluna

It’s a very busy time for Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity! Two more families on Kaua‘i are watching the walls go up on their future homes. We couldn’t be happier for the Pundyke and Niau-Kanahele families. We will continue fighting the affordable housing crisis on Kaua‘i one house at a time.
