Our E.D., Stephen Spears, will be speaking about our founder, the late LaFrance Kapaka-Arboleda, and our work at Kaua`i Habitat. You’ll also get a chance to meet our newest homeowner Dellvyne Gandia, who will be at our table that day.

Work is really coming along on our Anahola build. Excited homeowner Dellvyne Gandia just picked out her paint color – a beautiful deep blue. Expected completion: late June. Only 3 more months to go!

Kauai flash flood warning; flooded baseyard

Most of Kaua`i is under a flash flood warning or watch right now. Here’s a picture from our flooded baseyard over the weekend. We were able to move machinery and materials to higher levels and the waters finally drained away. More heavy rains this afternoon, but then we should start drying out.
